  • Cauliflower with béchamel and Vincotto Balsamic

     

    Cauliflower is rich of nutrients like calcium, potassium, phosphorous and vitamin C that are very important in our diet…but often people don’t like it because of its ‘bad’ smell!

    ..Today I would like to suggest you this quick and easy recipe that will satisfy even the most demanding palates! 

     

    Ingredients (for 2 portions):

     

    1 small cauliflower

    200 ml of béchamel

    1 clove of garlic
    100 gr of grated Parmesan cheese

    1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

    salt to taste

    1 pinch of pepper

    20 ml of Vincotto Balsamic

     

    Procedure:

    Wash and rinse the cauliflower, cut it and blench it in salted water. Once cooked let it drain; sauté it in the pan with the extra virgin olive oil and the clove of garlic. Lay the cauliflower in an oven dish, add pepper, grated Parmesan, Vincotto Balsamic and béchamel. Bake it in the oven for 10 minutes at temperature of 200°C. Serve hot or cold.
